Prior to working for Centre Wellness, Nina worked in the federal correctional system for seven years, supporting offenders with varying levels of mental health needs and life experiences. During this time, she also volunteered for the Critical Incident Stress Management team, where she supported staff members in coping with their exposure to traumatic events in the workplace.
